I have kept my house hold items in this companies storage since 2021.i keep paying them each month.When i told them that i wll bisit your storage and will be take out some items and release this storage, I came from odisha to gurgaon i saw my items were very horrible condition some of my clothes are patches by rat and bery un healthy condition.Still i was unable to see most of my item i have been told to came next day to check my item.After a long discussion and request they send some of my utems to my friends house.But still some of my valuable items were missing .Till that time i was very polite so that i could get my items.They started ignoring my calls messages and promised me to deliver it on next week which was fake .till now i have not get mu items.My missing items are my chair, gas stove cylinder kitchen utencils
Crockery sets ans glass items bucket .
The lady has very unethical behaviour .Very un professional behaviour not even bother you once you piad .Fraud people i can say
