24X7Servicecentre — fake, fraudulent toll free number[protected]

I have purchased whirlpool washing machine around 3yrs back.
Recently operating noise was noticed increased.
On net i found[protected] as service center number.
On call service engineer mr sumit ([protected]) called me for service.
He also told me that he is authorized service person.
On inspection, he suggested to change drum with cost of @₹7000. He also told me that machine will have 2years warranty post repair.
Relying on his statement, i asked to go ahead.
Accordingly machine was taken for repair on 4th nov and given back on 8th nov evening.
However on 9th it was found machine is not functioning.
I called mr sumit he attended on 12th nov and taken some parts for repair.
On 16th nov, he came back and started machine (He only showed panel lamp is glowing.
However yesterday morning same problem repeated.
Since 17th nov he is neither lifting phone nor calling back.
My request :
Please update site to avoid such miss handling of customers.
I feel this toll free number is fraud.
Let me know how you can help me in this matter to make the machine fully functional.
