2day Shoppers — Order Cancelled But Payment not received.

Hi! I am Mithun Mahato, have ordered a laptop on www.2dayshoppers.com dated on 20.05.2015. But till 2nd of July, 2015 they didn't deliver the item. So, I try to cancel my order and have sent many emails confirming the cancelling from my end. Also I call to their number and confirmed that I have cancel my order. I had the voice recordings details regarding the order confirmation and order cancellation. But till today, I did not receive my refund. So, I have already lodged a complaint at Cyber Crime dept, Asansol, West Bengal(Pin -713301) on 10th of July, 2015. On 28th or 29th of July, 2015 2day shoppers suddenly called me regarding the item delivery and want to confirm about their delivery, But again I cancel my order and ask for Full refund with interest. They told me if I want my item I will have it in 2 days, and if I want refund I have to wait 1 month. I totally frustrated about their service and I told if I have to wait 1 month I'll wait but I did not want that item from that fraud company.
