We have sent an item from our place to our customer place at Yelahanka with CRN [protected] at 9 30 am today 1st March 2025.
it was known from the customer that the item has not been delivered to the correct address and it has been delivered to a nearby company.
My customer has not received the item on time due to the negligence of the porter person assigned.
moreover he has collected the delivery charges from both our company & also from our customer also.
we never expected this from your reputed service organization
how we can trust porter in future to send important and costly items which cannot reach the customer place on time creating agony & loss of production work at our customer place Was this information helpful? |
