I have placed the below items from https://360inex.com/hdfc/hdfc-products which is redirected from HDFC Online net banking there was an advertising by hdfc net banking portel on September 27 2023.
I paid Rs.1059.64 from HDFC net banking.

Item: Spykar Backpack - Not received tracking ID nor received products.
I'm not satisfied with the quality of the product. I want to return that product. But I couldn't find proper communication with the merchant 360 In Ex.
I sent mail to [protected]@360inex.com 2 times. Got auto response that someone will response within 24 hours. No response as yet. They didn't share any contact details.
I want my money back for both items. Kindly resolve this issue.
