I am an holder of ICICi safety money multiplier bond from May 1999.
Now I have received a letter from 3i Infotech Limited, asking me to submit my bond for redemption, through email which I have submitted on 16th March immediately after the receipt of their letter.
I have not received any intimation or receipt from them, so I went to their office on 4th April 2023 which happened to be a bank holiday, but there were staff who had come to work. I requested to just meet them for 2 mins to make sure my documents are in place, but they refused to meet me. I had travelled all the way from Miraroad to Vashi, inspite of having health issues as the office does not answer any phone call or email messages. Phone Nos [protected], [protected] and 8035. Email Id [protected]@icicibank.com. wrote a number of emails and made calls but no response. How do I get my bond money.
Why do they make life so difficult. I went there because I received a letter from them and also sent emails as per their requirements. I am totally in darkness as I do not know if they have received my documents or no.
I don't think I would ever want to invest or even refer any one to 3i infotech or ICICI infotech services or with any of their companies. Can you help me resolve this issue.
