'3m rodent repellent treatment' failed within 6 days. Absolutely useless product and a waste of money.
I got the '3m rodent repellent treatment' done for my vehicle on 22nd july 2018 from 3m car care, chakala, andheri east, mumbai.
On saturday, 28th july, i discovered that in spite of the treatment, the plastic parts in the engine compartment were further chewed up and the hose pipe was ripped to shreds (See pic) by rodents. I had just got the hose pipe replaced from the service centre before the treatment. I had not expected the repellent treatment to fail so miserably that too within a week. Very disappointed with the false claims of this ineffective treatment and that too from an established brand like 3m. Don't waste your money on this! This product doesn't protect you car from rats.

"there are numerous types of rodents in india. Rodent repellant can effectively protect the car from most of the types (Almost all the commonly found) but there could be few types of rodents, which might be resistant to this coating. This is because the product is designed in a way that it shouldn't kill rodents and hence can be ineffective against large rodents. It means we can't guarantee the effectiveness as there can be rare cases of damages despite coating."
