Hi, i received a call from +[protected] while i was sleeping, since it was a private number i picked up the call, thinking it can be an important call, however it wasn’t like that. And the agent started her pitch like you are using this credit card from very long so we are offering you our card, etc etc, despite even listening to me that i wasn’t using any card leave alone from long, she carried on her rumbling. So at a point after getting irritated i disconnected the call, she called me again and when i didn’t pick up she texted me on my phone, ” pagal aurat”.
I googled about the company 4 dimensions and found out that this is a huge fraud company. I don’t know how this can still be working even after so many complaints. This should be banned and moreover no call centers should be allowed to use private numbers to call anyone. They should be calling from office extension only. And is our data even safe. Who gives permission to them to use our numbers and our personal informations? This is really disturbing. Govt need to take an action.
