Hey, i am a resident of swarna chd, unique gardens, near seven eleven scholastic school, mira road in our complex itself we have increasing number of stray dogs, they bark at people, come forward to bite, our society has playable kids & we are worried for them to get bitten by these dog one day, also they spill all garbage from bin all around everyday and excreta all over sometimes even in front of our building gate.
There is a rule says "where these street dogs are born is where they belong", can there can be help provided going beyond this statement as we as society doesn't want to hurt them but left with no choices.
