We had placed an order for washing machine from '4c groups', which is a company which provides rentals of electronic appliances in Chennai. On the day in which they were suppposed to deliver, they failed to do so inspite of having confirmed delivery when we called them. If they couldn't deliver that day, they could have just told us so. But what happened was this: We called four times when delay happened and on calling the fourth time, they raised their voice and started arguing with us. They became quite rude to me and cut the call on my face. After this my friend also called and she went through the same ordeal. We are girls and he spoke to us in a way no lady should be spoken to. The same thing happened to a friend a couple of month's ago. Please take action against them as its no way to treat a customer especially a lady.

They are cheating government by not having GST number . I am not sure what all fraudulent activities was done by 4C groups
