Thanks for your email, please note you can note compare to other members every member has a different scenario. We have approved your refund as communicated to you earlier.
As checked now the refund can be processed with 6 EMIs only after deducting the charges which we have informed earlier.

As per the discussion after getting first EMI you are supposed to remove/ resolve all the complaints wherever you raised the complaint against the company Like Consumer, Mouthshut etc.
