4R Seasons holidays Pvt Ltd is a part of Fortune park and the Pacific holiday world. All of these are FRAUD, SCAM, Cheating and Misleading intended companies registered by same Director.
Which you can check under Ministry of corporate affairs also you can complaint about it. They have 7 companies registered with similar names with intention of scamming the general public and looting their money.
Take help from the Police department else you have to loose your money to these SCAMMERS.
in Nov 2022 I received a call from the Pacific holiday world to collect Free Holiday Vouchers in Oakwood residency Whitefield Bangalore and they took my credit card in the name of No Cost EMI check and did the transaction for 2.5 Lakh. parallelly they took signature from my wife in papers and made that as agreement. the very next day we opposed them after we realized they have SCAMMED us. All of their employee Mislead us with FAKE promises. (Harish Kumar, Paras Sharma, Shadabh, Sachin, Sanjana & their Registered Director ABDUL RASHID as per MCA) all of them have lied to us their names, designations and regard Refunds.
we have raised the complaint in NCH: they didnt responded there (Docket No: 4101683), NCH Has asked us to file Case in CONSUMER COURT.
then have raised a Dispute to my Bank, but the Merchant has lied stating they havent received any money from my card (as per the Bank confirmation) they asked us to file Cyber Complaint.
we have also filed a Complaint in Whitefield Police Station, their the Inspector has warned the director Mr Abdul Rashid over phone to refund the money else FIR will be registered against this Fraud, Cheating & Misleading public in the name of FREE Vouchers.
Even this person doesnt respond to anything, & he claims himself as Marketing Manager and not a Director of this company. if thats they case then they are cheating as per Ministry of Corporate Affairs Director registration Act.
Its been 6 Months now. still we didnt receive our money back. nobody respond to our Email or calls.
In worst case they reply to the email once in a day at 05:55 PM then close of their computers. they are harassing & Scamming the innocent people over these activities and running back to Delhi in case of any police ride.
on Dec 10th, 2022 a complaint has been registered in Bellandur police station, Bangalore against their 3 employees for scamming the people in the name of Free Voucher and Movie Tickets.
