The order was placed on 11th Dec & estimated be delivered before 11th Dec 21:30 but did not get delivered.
11th Dec 09:56 AM : Reached Support ; Agent promised it will be delivered before 11th Dec 09:30 PM.
12th Dec 18:30 PM : Order not delivered. Reached support ; Agent asked the issue from first ; Replied Escalated to Support & will contact me.
12th Dec 19:45 PM : Reached Support again ; Agent asked the issue from first ; Same response ; Escalated to Support & will contact me.
13th Dec 11:00 AM : Order not delivered ; Reached Support ; Agent asked the issue from first Same response ; Escalated to Support & will contact me.
13th Dec 12:00 PM : Called the support number ; Agent asked the issue from first & disconnected the call without response.
We love shopping in FNP but this is really frustrating and have no meaning. we placed this order for function on 11th Dec & it's 3rd day after the function got over ; Please cancel this order & help us with an update helping us to continue our new shopping with FNP. Was this information helpful? |
