I have paid 25k while booking a Honda Brio before it was launched way back in Oct'11. They didn't deliver the car owing some reasons or the other. However in all these one year passed and after multiple calls, I visited the branch. No body there was ready to talk to me. A complete ignorance for someone who is suppose to be their customer base. After two years and multiple calls, they haven't returned the full money and still owing a big chunk of money to me. I am not sure if they ever return the same.
All in all, I have not been harrassed anything like that before. A total fraudulent company, which will entertain you only till the time you haven't paid the money, once paid, they will blacklist your number and disappear leaving you in complete dark. Was this information helpful? |
