[Resolved] 91mobiles — Didn't get my cashback even after 50 Days. | |||||
Hello Sir, I have ordered a mobile from Ebay with 91mobile coupon for 19% Cashback of total payment on 2 Dec 2015. The order number is [protected]. Next Day i was informed by 91mobile that my cashback will be credited in my account within 40-45 Days. But it has more then 45 days, They did not credited my cashback. I have mailed twice to 91mobile. Even they did not respond on my email. If they will not resove my issue. Then i have no option except going to court. I hope i will get my money soon. After submitting this complain, Within 2 minute, I got a a phone call from unknown number +[protected]. The person said he is calling from 91mobiles. He asked my atm number for giving me my casback. But when i said 91mobile already have my transaction detail, He got confused & told me that we can transfer money only if we get your atm number. But i denied to give this information. Then he disconnected the Call. I have the whole conversation recorded in my call.I want to add this, Kindly intimate me through official mail. what is going on. Its not a way ask these confidential information over the phone. Thanks   | |||||

Actually the process will take 50-60 days according to the mail received by me. So rest assured you would get the cashback in time for sure. Both 91mobiles and ebay are trustworthy brands and I would like you to wait for 10-15 days more.
