[Resolved]  [protected] — Fraud transactions with my credit card by this company

Dear Sir,

I registered a complaint on 22-04-22 regarding up B.Ed counselling fee refund on the website www.complaintboard.in and provided some confidential information related to this. And on 23-04-22, I received a call from the number [protected] on behalf of this complaint, he told me to pay Rs 10 through the link https://customermakepayment. logspot.com/ to process the complaint and shared with me all the confidential information which I shared in my complaint on their website and that information is only visible by login in account. I trusted him and pay the amount of 10 Rs to process my complaint. At the same time he asked me to install the Team viewer quick support to verify the face for processing. And he haked my phone and made two fraud transactions of 22500 Rs using my card.

He told me his name as avishek shukla with emp id 545032 and address brndra kotla complex complain board. And I can see the same name in messages in my mail account on this website.

I had received the payment link https://customermakepayment. logspot.com/ in text message from the mobile no [protected].

Please take the necessary action against this fraud company. This company is doing scam, they get benefit of reported complaint on their website. They call the consumer, share confidential information which I can only see after login to get the trust. They ask to pay some minimal amount to process the complaint further and request to install some remote app like Team viewer quick support at the same time to verify the face while the payment and steal all the credit card information even otp as well. And they made fraud transactions.

Your any action against this scam can save lot of consumer's hard earned money. Please do the needful.
