I saw a post on Facebook from a page/service named “Promotiona Service” with mobile number [protected]. In their advertisement, they offered 5, 000 Instagram followers for Rs. 240. After seeing the offer, I contacted them on WhatsApp and made a payment of INR 240 through Paytm.
However, after receiving the payment, the person started demanding more money instead of providing the promised service. When I refused to pay additional money and asked for a refund of my Rs. 240, they clearly refused to return my money.
This appears to be an online fraud/scam. I believe they may be cheating many other people in the same way. I am filing this complaint so that strict action can be taken against them and other people can be made aware of this fraud.
