Kaushal rai is a fraud. I got his number from just dial. I know its a big no...
He took around 2.25 lacs from me for a delhi - chicago return airfare for 3 people.
He booked my tickets and sent me a confirmation mail.
After a while, the tickets got cancelled. It was found that they were "on-hold" and not actually confirmed. It got cancelled because the payment was not done at all but only put on hold.
I ran from pillar to post to register an fir. But was not unable to file one. He did not switch off his mobile all this while and always used to lie that he was in mumbai and will sort out the matter once he comes back. I used some of my links to trace his phone. He was in lajpat nagar and lying blatantly all this while.
I think this guy has some good links in the police. He was not scared at all.
Finally after police intervention i paid 20000 rs extra for my tickets.
He is a big fraud. Don't ever fall in his trap.

Kaushal Rai is a big fraud. He has swindled us out of RS 70000 which he says he will return but keeps postponing the dates. He has many fraud organisations and is supported by multiple people who act as front men and are directors in these companies. He contacted us through just dial who have surprisingly not taken any action against him till date. He took the full money from from us RS 2, 05, 000 and did not give the money ahead. He deposited RS 70, 000 and got tickets on air China for us to USA. He is a fraud and ensnares people by promising tickets at low price. He then started harassing us and said that airlines and yatra give him credit so he he will take time to pay for the tickets. This is after he had taken payment from us. He then wrote an email asking me to deposit the ful money with yatra and that he will return me the money by 10 Mar 2019. Because I was stuck I had no choice and had to pay balance amount to yatra. Till date he has only returned rs 30, 000 and has a balance of rs 70, 000 with him. It is mid August and been almost six months. Terrible fraud. We request stringent action against this man and his team of frauds. Investigate starwin vacations Pvt LTD, shri ram tours, evershine vacations, etc. His numbers are [protected] and [protected].
