99F fitness gym — Lockers insecure - management unconcerned

I found some money missing in my wallet. I was not very sure of the source of problem and got more cautious. After appropriate thought, I got suspicious if it had got lost in the gym. As I had travelled, I resumed my workout only after a week. This time I counted the money just before putting my handbag into the locker. After finishing the cardio, I checked the wallet again. To my shock, some money was missing. I immediately escalated the issue to the management. I could narrow down that the culprit is the house-keeping lady on duty. I insisted on the checking the camera recordings. It took the management more than a day to have a meeting with me. That too they spared some time to meet as I was continuously following up. The operations manager was very casual in telling that the security camera has not been working for past 5 days. 1. The house-keeping staffs are given the privilege to loiter in the locker room 2. There is no security camera inside the locker room 3. The non-functioning camera has been left carelessly unattended for days The discussion was going in vicious circle. The management gave plain excuses like 'We shall take your suggestions', 'This is the first time', etc without paying attention to the seriousness of the problem. With great difficulty, the management finally accepted that the lady would be put in a different shift that would not clash with my timings.
