A Mibbleby Celfrost — Chest freezer - Middleby celfrost is not replacing freezer which is under warranty. It has been already repaired 4-5 times

Dear Respected Sir/Madam,
I purchased A Middleby celfrost chest freezer on date 20/08/2021 & it stops working after 1-2 months, I have got it repaired 4-5 times, but still it is not working.

Company have supplied me damaged or faulty product & as per their warranty/guarantee terms - it has comprehensive warranty for one year - now it has been 10th months.

if I again get it repaired & it will work 1 or 2 months & warranty period will be over by that time.

hence, if same problem is coming again and again - this product must be replaced.

I have complained to customer care & Area manager thru Phone or Emails - but no one is giving any firm response.

Now it has been 1 week that it is not working & approx 40, 000 amount loss I have borne till today.

I am retailer of perishable products, So without Refrigerator I am not able to sell anything.

therefore, I request you to please intervene/help me to get a permanent solution for this issue so that I can earn livelihood of my family accordingly.
