A One Smart Packers And Movers — Money taken but material not shifted

have been contacted by a one smart packers and movers few days back and they have taken 100% amount for shifting through paytm and now they are not picking up the phone and neither my material is shifted from Boisar to Aurangabad. Their paytm no is [protected] and [protected] . From morning they are not picking up the phone. Please get my money back as soon as possible. Please help me.

This people are goons. I was approached by them when I enquired sulekha for transporting bike from Mumbai to Hyderabad so i believed them to be genuine. They quoted me 2800 so I agreed and gave it when their pickup truck arrived, but once I paid the amount and they took my bike, they showed their true colour.
Few hours after the pickup the driver called and asked for 6000rs. Or else he will surrender the bike. I was shocked. He quoted that octroi is to be paid even though gst is in effect with no octroi anymore which i argued so I told him to pay for now and collect money at the time of delivery, but he threatened me of surrendering the bike. Eventually I complied. Now few days after this, driver calls asking for 2000 rupees in the forum of trade certificate to enter andhra pradesh. When i asked why was i not made aware of all this fees earlier he reported to threat of surrendering the bike.
All this while Main office guy rejected calls. Transportation of vehicle via packers and movers is new to me so I complied but as per research, this is plain loot. Till now I have paid 11, 000 in extortion for bike not worth 22, 000.

They are fraud with mob no [protected], they are asking money slowly. They have lots of fake company. I lost my 5000 rupees. Perfect packers and movers, belongs to Firoz, one cantact person quote me 2000 rupees for shifting a fridge and some kitchen goods from Nalasopara to Bangalore and ask me 500 rupees as token money, after payment they ask me to make full payment before pick the goods which is 1500 rupees. After 1 month they ask me for another 1000 rupees, I paid but they did not pick the goods. The contact person Sultan told me he will refund my money.
I started searching again in sulekha.com and I got quote of 4000 rupees form A one smart packers movers, this new person ask me for some token money, first he told me he that he wants payment after shifting. When I confirm then, they ask me for 50% token money via Paytm number [protected], which show the name perfect packers movers in paytm. Before pick the goods they ask me to pay balance amount before pick the goods.
