Iam justus joy aged 34 residing in kollam. i a usually travelling in the private bus when ever i am going to city to avoid excess cost and avoid traffic too. while if i have a safe public transport cheap and best to reach my destination then i prefer the public transport rather than my bike or car.
On the 1st of july 2016 i have to go to court for the hearing of my case. after seeing my lawyer near the civil station he advised me to bring a document which is missing in my file for the case. so i saw that its 10am i have time to go to collect it from my house in eravipuram and come to the court back, but everything went wrong when i was waiting for a bus to eravipuram from civil station kollam.
The bus named ganga, no - kl17b420. running between chavara and eravipuram came. i ran to catch the bus and when i nearly get in the bus the conductor told me that they will not go till eravipuram. i was in trouble, long time i waited and wasted my time for this bus. now they are not going until the final destination. atlast i caught an auto rikshaw and went to eravipuram to get my documents. i was late to reach the court and my case was again postponed to another date.
When these private buses are given the permit to make trip from chavara - eravipuram, eravipuram - chavara then i dont know why they are hesitating to complete thier trip, we the public are suffering because of these activities of the private buses.
Kindly take immediate action to solve these issues.
