My self Arabinda Panda, i am basically from odisha and i am doing work in kota(Rajasthan ), i have got online data entry from that company and they done one online digital contract with me, and told i[censored] not complete the work in given time then then u have to pay-6700 i agree then i started work, but unfortunately due to my health issue i am not able to complete the work now they are sending legal mail thru advocate-Ashutosh Sharma that u have to pay the money-6700 and i paid that money after than again they asked to pay amount -14980(2 times) due to ur case is in supreme court and central court that also i have paid after then they telling i[censored] cannot came to court for signing then u can cancel the agreement thru digital by paying-25000 i am not agree to pay so they are telling we will send legal notice to ur house and to police station, but if I cancel the amount by giving the amount, then again they are doing like that, they are doing fraud with us, pls look these matter seriously Was this information helpful? |
