I, the undersigned wish to bring to your kind attention that I had purchased furniture for a sum of Rs.50, 000/- in March, 2022 (receipt attached) from A1 Furniture located at Century Commercial Complex, Chetana Bhavan, Nampally, Hyderabad. This furniture was purchased for my daughter's marriage. At the time of placing the order, I specifically instructed the supplier to provide two big drawers to the cot for storing miscellaneous things inside the box of the cot. However, when the cot was delivered to Bridegroom’s house at Santosh Nagar, it was found that the cot has no big drawers but only a small drawer wherein nothing can be stored (image attached for your ready reference). Given this reason, my daughter is unable to keep anything inside the box of the cot. The bed mattress of the cot is too heavy and my daughter is finding it extremely difficult to lift the heavy bed mattress every time to store anything inside the bed box. Because of cot not accompanying with adequate big drawers, my daughter is facing severe criticism from her in-laws
I have been contacting the proprietor of A1 Furniture (Mr.Taj - Contact No.[protected] / [protected]) to fix the problem. But he has been playing with me for the past one month. Every time I'm calling him, he is saying that right now carpenters are not available in the workshop and when they come, he will get the work done..
Aggrieved by his repeated excuses, I'm constrained to approach this forum to get my issue resolved at an early date
