We recently travelled with A1 travels in Tamil Nadu and their policies and behaviors are very disturbing. I booked a sleeper coach with A1 travels and I also had a 7 yr old kid who had to sleep in the same sleeper bed. After boarding and starting the travel, the bus operator came to me asking me to take ticket for the kid also. But there is no additional seating allocated for the kid. I asked them to charge him half ticket, but still they wanted me to get down the bus if I don't pay them. Then I had to pay them 800 Rs, and I asked them to give me the ticket receipt for that. But even after the end of the my travel they did not give me any receipts. This is a scam as the operators are charging the passengers without accounting that money with the travel company and also skipping the GST that has to be paid. This had happened to me when I travelled from Udangudi to Chennai 2 months ago and now again recently from Udangudi to Coimbatore. Was this information helpful? |
