I,, the complainant residing at navi mumbai 410210 do hereby state as follows:-
I had contacted aa interior works, owned by following two partners :
1. Mr. Arshad hasmi - mobile no [protected]
2. Ms. Aliya sonachandiwala - mobile no [protected]
For complete interior work of my flat. After inspecting the flat four times they gave me a quotation of rs 13, 53, 000/-and subsequently a mou was made on[protected] & all terms condition were mentioned in it.
Post agreement i handed the initial amount of the agreed value & keys to both of the above mentioned on[protected].
Further i would like to inform you that i paid the amount as per memorandum o[censored]nderstanding to the said mr. Arshad mobin hasmi & ms. Aliya begum mohd firoz sonachandiwala. The said transaction of transfer fund and entry recorded in bank system as well as acknowledged by proprietors is attached herewith for your ready reference.
The contractors were supposed to hand me my flat on[protected] as per the mou, but both of them have stopped receiving calls & visiting the flat from[protected] & all the materials & assets for which i had paid such as sofa, dinning tables, ply etc are missing from my flat.
Also only 50% work is completed, all furniture work & civil work is half done, painting work has not started at all.
I have lost my hard earned savings to these conmen & fraudster,
Also please verify if they have license to do civil work & interior works.
