First of all, it was nowhere mentioned that the product could not be exchanged. Secondly, the delivery of my order was delayed, and in addition to that, I received the wrong product.
The product displayed on your website is completely different from what was delivered. The item was described as “off-white, †but I received a pale yellow suit, and the fabric is not Chanderi as specified. This clearly indicates that the product does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
Your return and exchange policy cannot be applied selectively or adjusted for your convenience, especially when the delay and error are entirely from your side. As a customer, I should not suffer due to your negligence and poor service performance.
Additionally, one of the products delivered was not as per my order specifications. I cannot be obligated to keep a different product simply because of your internal policies.
As per standard consumer protection norms, if a product does not match its description, the customer has the full right to request a return or exchange. I am only requesting an exchange for another product, as I cannot accept this item at any cost.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the issue by filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Court and sharing my experience through appropriate review and social media platforms, as this situation has caused me significant mental stress and inconvenience.

The product description is misleading
Fabric/material is falsely described
