I have order a dress from aachho on 29.07.2023. They have shipped it via Ecom express and today the delivery guy has reched at my doorstep with the package but has left without delivering the parcel, as i have not received OTP for the same.. i have tried contacting aachho numerous times but thanks to their pathetic customer care service, i am unable to reach them...i have sent an email as well regarding my concern, but no response has been received from their end. Even after shipping the product with so much of delay, they are not being able to get it delivered. I have also contacted the shipping company ecom express and they have said that aachho will generate OTP at their end, only after that they will be able to deliver the shipment.
