Aadhar Housing (ahfl) — Not closing loan, asking to pay EMI without taking money

This is such a fraud company, I have applied home loan in this bank by visiting branch got approval, but due to some reasons I have submitted cancellation letter by visiting the branch. I have not taken any amount or cheque from the bank. I have paid all the application fees, login and admin fees. Now I am getting phone calls every day and asking to pay EMI. If I ask the same in the branch they are saying we have forwarded your cancellation request to head office. It's been 45days they are keep saying same thing. Sent a mail to [protected]@adharhousing.com got no response regarding loan cancellation details. Contacted toll free number and asked the same about loan cancellation details they have no idea, said we are forwarding your request we will call you back in 2days, it's been a month. No customer support, no email response only asking for Money, cheque bounces.

I don't know what to do? How can we pay EMI amount which we have not taken any loan amount from the bank. And not closing loan even though submitted cancellation letter. Any help would be appreciated.
