Mr.Mandar Naik, prop. Aakar Developers, Pratap Road Dandiya Bazaar, Vadodara, has taken all agreed amount ~ Rs.1800000/- approx and given allotment letter last year. Since 15/05/2014, I started staying at bld named Vaidehi homes, 402 B Tower, kumedan faliya, rajmahal road, Vadodara. During the period of one year, though several request to Builder for providing all amanities, no action yet to be taken. Now he is not showing any interest nor providing any proper answer.
Also from comity members had asked for transferring maintainence amount paid by every flats owner initially i.e. Rs.35000/- but no proper response from him. At last with no other option I have to raise this complaint in this forum hoping I and all flat owners will get justice. Was this information helpful? |
