Aakash Institute Refund — Refund of Fees

Address: No B/43 & B/44A, Gopalpura Bypass, Surya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Akash Institute has nto refunded fees of my ward where we did not attend their COurse. They person of sales did his selling and sold the course ans I paid money to the Akash Institute . My Ward went for 1 day and decided to withdraw from the course. I send a formal email & filed complaint for the same but there has been no action till today.
They do not respond to us & emails. I have written to their grievance cell also and did not receive the response yet.
They are now telling me we do not have policy of Refund for which I am not aware of and I have not been told about it
We took admission in Neet Crash Course 2022

Let me brief Ershad Khan gave me details for this course

We took admission in NEET CRASH course in Suryanagar branch and this was attended by Ershad Khan you can see email below.

My wards Nandini and Darshini went and on the first day of the class looking at the issues Teachers teaching in Hindi and English
No decorum in the class.
Students eating on the floor
Classes were not up to the mark and faculty were not able to handle them

Faculty was just reading from the books and were very slow

They waisted 7 hours on the 1st day.

They came back and decided not to go further.

Accordingly I raised my concern with the head office numbers given on the very 1st day, they took my issue and raised complaints tickets # 00509176 and 00509177 and said we will get your refund done in 21 days on 13th April 2022.

Now in between someone called me from gopalpura, Suryanagar branch Jaipur and said we will not refund you money. You can ask your ward to join another batch we have separated English and Hindi batches now

I would request you to look into the case, It is 26th April and we do not have time as the exam is nearby 17th July

Please look into this and let us know when can we get our refund back of 50000 Rs for my wards
