[Resolved]  Aam Aadmi — unauthorised construction

Dear sir,

I would like to drag your attention on unauthorized construction and encroachment of govt. Road by mr suraj bhan sisodia (Ph. [protected]) r/o subhash chowk, valecha (Shop) vali gali, opp. Govt. Boy primary school, bakhtawar pur delhi -110036. He has already extended his house by encroaching the roadside drain and now extending his house on the road. Pillars have been constructed and now trying to cover at least 5 ft of the road which will be later included in his house and after made home, he will try to make stair on road and then again cover road. This is causing issues for passers. Could you please look into this on urgent basis and stop this illegal practice.

I request you to keep my information secret for my and my family safety. There have already flighted with me for this matter.

I submitted complaint in mcd "complaint no : northdmc/2019/03/[protected]" but not any action 28/03/2019 till now.
