Aanganwadi Worker — allotment of ration for my children

I and my husband have registered all the details of our children many months ago. Still we are not getting any ration for my children. The real man behind this incident is the husband of aanganwadi worker who run a medical shop and pretend to be certified doctor. He also runs a parallel supervision in the working of his wife's profession of aanganwadi day to day activities. He has been constantly spoiling our attempt to distribute monthly ration of my children whom i'm sure, they are doing blackmarketing in the name of many children in the jurisdiction of aanganwadi area in my village. The name of our aanganwadi worker is bebi devi while her husband's name is dev kumar.
