I visited the Tambaram branch on 21st may 2023. We have waited for nearly 3 hours for hsg test. After long time, doctor came and she took test twice.
After that they did not informed us related to they can't see the uterus. When I contacted the branch on next day they have informed me that the test output is not clear. They provide me incorrect film by saying you will get report tomorrow. I was soo stressed by seeing that x ray film that I am having some issuesmWhen I enquired about this they asked me to do the test again.

I don't want to go again for the painfull procedure or wait for 3 hours. Please refund my money back to my account.

It's request please don't make us wait for long hours unnecessarily or atleast tell the reason properly.
