After adding payment i call him daily to start the service on his mobile no-[protected], most of times hisphone switch off and if some times answer he say like 'sir, abhi mai meeting me hoon',, 'sai, mai aadhe ghante me apko call karta hoon', and number of reason.. but still my service is not started.. i take recording of all his call on my phone.. as a proof.. is anybody help me for this issue
