I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent purchase of a SAMSUNG 236 L Frost Free Double Door 2 Star Refrigerator with Digital Inverter from Flipkart. The product I received on 23/06/2023 was damaged, with noticeable scratches and dents. Despite contacting customer care before delivery, I was assured it was not an open box delivery and was advised to accept the product. However, subsequent replacement requests have been canceled without any updates, and the promised 20% cashback of Rs. 4165 has not been credited to my Flipkart wallet, causing immense frustration. I request an immediate resolution, including a replacement of the damaged refrigerator and the credited compensation, as well as appropriate compensation for the multiple failed replacements. Your prompt attention to this matter is expected.
