Before few months this company offered us a dealership for our location. And asked to deposit some specific amount to us. But as per there commitment they did not given the orders to us. Not we have quite the dealership of this company and as per the company policy they should return our money within 45 days but still they did not returned our money. Please help us...

Updated by Vipul_Sharma99 I tried to call several times to the Kapil kardile who is owner of the company. But he is not answering the calls and if in case he answered the call then he is not talking properly.
I have taken dealership with 30000, but they are not responding now, bgaurav patel called me, kapil kardile is director but he is also not giving proper answers
