Aarthi Scans & Labs — Failed to payback the refund of cancelled test

Hi, i am Dr.Manoranjitham, i had given 24 HOURS URINE on 19/12/2025 for the tests, 24 HRS UREA, 24 HRS CREATININE, 24 HRS CREATININE CLEARANCE, 24 HRS PROTEIN.

I was told to pay on the time of registration itself ( on 19/12/2025 ).

On 21/12/2025 they came for home collection, i informed them to cancel 24 HRS CREATININE CLEARANCE TEST in the same day. Blood sample also not taken which is required for that test.

on 23/12/2025 i had received all my reports except 24 HRS CREATININE CLEARANCE TEST .

I have enquired them a lot of time through customer care calls and visited the concern branch in person too ( KOLATHUR RETTERI AARTHI SCANS & LABS ), regarding refund of the payment which was paid for 24 HRS CREATININE CLEARANCE TEST.

Its been almost one month, still the payment is not refunded, and it seems that they dont care about the customers queries and complaints.

THEY ARE MORE CONCERNED OF MONEY THAN THEIR REPUTATION.

I am worried that if AARTHI SCAN can do this to a DOCTOR means, what will others do.
