Aarthi Scans & Labs — Wrong information by Aarthi Scan that they have 4D Scan

I contacted the Lab in person and by phone to know whether the lab has 4D Scan for abdomen USG and it was confirmed. ON 31 March 2026 when I reached the Lab at 8A the billing staff told there is no 4 D Scan and it is 3D and then she contacted another person by Phone and told only 2D is available. I had to return back without scanning due to false information. I had to spend Rs.400 for travel and I wasted an hour time. Aarthi staff give such wrong information regularly. I request for suitable action on the staff for wasting my time and money. My token No. was 30.
