Aarthi Scans, Vadapalani — Unsatisfactory Scanning and Staffs who are not fit to do scanning

I went to vadapalani AArthi Scan for my cancer follow up scanning. I went on a sunday after calling and confirming that the ct scan can be done on that day.I went at 8 and was asked to wait till 9 till the doctor comes. But no one came upto 10:30. I paid the amount for both normal as well as ct scan with contrast.They took only normal ct scan. After that they did blood test and told that my creatine and urea is high. They made me wait again for 30 minutes then they told that contrast ct scan cannot be done because of creatine.When asked about the amount i paid for contrast, they told that it is for ct scan only.But in the bill it is specified as for contrast and normal ct scan.
After that i came back home to end my long morning day without food. At 1 pm i got an call telling that they want to take the test again for bladder.
I again went to take the scan. So the entire day is wasted in ur hopeless scanning centre. When i asked for my previous ct scan report, which i had given them that in the morning itself, they made me to wait for 30 minutes and started searching..that too after i insisted to search as i need it..After that when i asked for the X-Ray report which i tool in the morning, The useless staffs who doesnt want to move from their chair while they were watching TV told me to come next day. CT Scan is ready which i took after X-Ray. But lazy people who doesnt care about my age or medical condition thought that watching TV is of highest priority. After i shouted they gave the report.
To Add fuel to this, i got my blood test report which i gave it in some other lab on the same day. In my report both creatine level as well as urea level is normal. Since there is no proper doctor on sunday, they just told one lie. But the entire family suffered yesterday thinking why creatine and urea was out of limit.
Such a hopeless scanning center which doesnt care about life..I would never do the mistake of coming to your scanning center again.
According to medical stardard keeping medical record safe is a regulatory. That is not followed in this scanning center. Atleast there should be some humanity. That is also missing here..Worst experience...People are just concerned about money and watching TV..Not doing their jobs
