Aarti Scans — Missing tests on blood collection

Had a home collection done on 3/5/2025 for whole body checkup 2.0 package costing 2500rs. When the reports came back, there were 14 missing tests results. Called and messaged multiple times but no proper answer. Also, the doctor who signs off the reports at aarti does not provide any comments on the abnormal results. You won't get any smart report with this package either. That should have been provided for every package on the abnormal results...at least parents would understand and not just see numbers.
