Aaryaman Tata Motors Panipat — Faulty New Car Delivered

I am writing to formally report a persistent engine oil leakage issue with my new Tata Nexon Creative Plus S iCNG, which I took delivery of on June 26, 2026.

Upon driving the vehicle home (approximately 8 kilometers from the Aaryaman Tata Motors Sector 25, Panipat showroom), I immediately noticed a leak. I reported this to Sukhchain, who dismissed it as AC compressor condensation. On June 27, after driving 40 kilometers to Karnal, the leak persisted.

I visited the service center on July 2, 2026. After a four-hour wait, technicians identified a "chamber rubber leakage, " replaced the part, and returned the car. However, the leakage continued that evening. Today, July 5, the issue remains unresolved after driving to my office; please find the attached photos for your reference.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professional support. During my conversation with GMs Mr. Kaushik and Mr. Madan at the GT Road showroom, my concerns were dismissed. Furthermore, Mr. Kaushik inappropriately alleged that the leakage was caused by external damage on my part, which is entirely untrue as the issue has been present since delivery.
