My daughter has been a student of Aakash for last 3 years at Aakash Rajbagh srinagar in class 10th, Aakash digital in class 11th and Aakash Rawalpora srinagar in class 12th.
This is to bring to your information that my daughters when enrolled in class 12 th NEET Rawalpora deposited a security of Rs 5000/
In April the classes were switched to online mode due to Pandemic still the fees was same.
In oct 2021 my last installment was pending of mere Rs 9459/
Due to pandemic I could not deposit in time.
Although my security was pending with them they struck of not knowing the current situation.
Is this the way the career of student is played with.
When all help in this situation.
Later when called neither they resumed her session nor have returned my security.
My grievance is please refund the security of Rs 5000/.
The total fees of year was Rs67619.only last installment was not done of Rs 9459/ she should had the classes till 2022.But w. e. f October she is not allowed to attend classes in spite of telling my security is with them. It was a matter of only Rs 4000 more which I could have later paid.
Now I humbly request to refund my security for which she have not availed the benefits. look into matter .
