Hello sir/madam, we a team have been working in aats (Advanced animation training school or aats creation), 1/2d, prantik pally road, kasba, kolkata - 700042, since a year. The company has always delayed our salary but during the last 3 months, they are making us work but not paying salary. Our team has always urged for salary but they are not giving us money. We have given our outputs from best level but still they are holding our salary. The lame excuse they are giving is that the client is not giving money for the project which is not true. The management are using the client given advanced money for their own liabilities. But the money was given to pay us. Sir, we are family persons, the entire family expense depends on me. I want you to take fierce action as our last hope depends on your authority. They are not even coming to mutual terms.
We request you to make them give us our legitimate 3months salary what we deserve through mutuality. Please our family depends on this money. Look into the matter as soon as possible. We want to bring this job sector to the notice of the central ministry as the vfx & animation field is a major job/economic arena in india.
