Dear sir, I am chhinder pal singh s/o Baldev singh, from VPO kotha Sri Ganganagar.I have taken HL from Aavas finance Loan No. LNSHR[protected], on 20.10.[protected]/-, 29.12.[protected]/-, 24.03.[protected]/- Total group exposure 615000/-. Near about one year i am doing paid only interest amount.Until not start my EMI, becoz AFL employee says you first close PL from OBC, i have running also PL, employee says you do first close your PL, and then i will disburse more Laon amount and after also we start your Loan EMI, don't have more money to close my PL, i dnt can close my PL which running from OBC Bank, AFL employee told me you do stamp process and also more documents, i have tired to goes at branch many time, I want to start my Loan EMI, but until pending, i have many time trying to my loan foreclosure statement. But branch employees says he can't do this.pls suggest me and help us.
