Aavas Financers — Loan Closed EMI Debited

Hi,

I had applied for the internal Balance Transfer from Aavas Financers on 27th Aug 2024 for a home loan from owner Sumit (First Owner) to Krish (Second Owner). The sanction cum disbursal letter was issued on 30th Aug 2024.

However, the pre-EMI for Krish (Second Owner) of INR 2583/- was already debited on 5th Sept 2024, and EMI for Sumit (First Owner) of INR 16228/- was also debited on 5th Sept 2024.

I had requested to provide cheque or image of the balance transfer amount to be given for getting the registration done under Krish.

Aavas did not provide me anything or gave me the go ahead
until the date of 16th Sept 2024, we finally got the registration done on 17th Sept. I took the registration time in Sub-Registrar Office Mehrauli after telling them at 11am. Even after that the agent from Aavas reached at 1pm after WhatsApping the cheque photo at 1pm, delaying our registration process.

I have moved to Bangalore and came to Delhi for registration from Bangalore, I had to wait for one month in Delhi to get this process done physically which impacted my office and personal life.

I required the foreclosure and NOC to provide to my new home loan from SBI. The agreement from new builder has also expired due to delay from Aavas Financers.

I raised a request for foreclosure and NOC letter on 21st Sept 2024, however no concrete response was given to me. I had to plead my current builder to wait for loan procedure from SBI, I have been mentally harassed by Aavas Financers for the loan closure.

Even today till date on 5th October 2024, I have not received any response for the foreclosure and NOC letter. And the EMI for both the first owner and Second Owner of the loan has debited on 5th October 2024.

Sumit (First Party) and Krish (Second Party) both have paid the EMI of INR 16228/- and INR 17067/- respectively on 5th October 2024. Aavas Financer is mentally and financially harassing me for not providing me the foreclosure and NOC letter. The builder has finally given me the date until 10th October 2024 to complete the new SBI loan or my amount paid to them will be lapsed with them.

Me and my family is highly tensed and upset with the process from Aavas Financer, it is threat to my dreams of a new house and loan which has been created by Aavas Financers.
