Thanx alot for posting dis guys. Really thankful to u all. V r in a very difficult stage financially. I had to travel 180kms fr dis crappy fund collecting scam. Being aan engineer am also desperately searching for a job. Today morning i sent my resume to kiara, even being a sunday shw called me up ryt in d evening. Din sleep d whole night. And here i am readin about my so called dream job, haash! Thanx to Allah, and thanx to you guys. These kinna scams must be reported, and people like us, who have earned thr graduation degree overcomin all d trials and tough times in life, to land up in a scam like dis would be so tragic, especially backward class people who come to em, hoping to get into the company and work hard, earn and help thr families. My god! Cannot believe my eyes.
I got the same mail stating u have been selected and all. Just went there to chk what's going on. Then some trainer took me on field and explained my job profile. Having work experience I realised the company is telling me my actual job profile before I join. Although I din join, but I found the recruitment process to be fairly transparent.

I have got offers from all the above mentioned companies such as AB solutions, Floyd, Nirman etc. since last 1.6 years I am working with a good company and I just thought of making a change.I seriously thought of giving a try in any of these companies. He introduced his name as Deepak (his number is [protected]) who claimed himself as a rep for Plan India and he is from ab-solutions for the same to collect some donation. Luckily I did not give him any money since he id not show any ID for himself apart from a verbal introduction. Also, I hated his approach from the start, he was very demanding in terms of donations, which is quite rare. Anyways, moved him out, since I had a slight doubt about this. But when I later verified the net, I found this article which is very helpful. So, people, please be careful with such frauds stepping into your house, I have planned to lodge a complaint with the Police very soon :-)

Reading all this leaves me awestruck as the thugs are pretty good at what they do! Got the same email from clear water and ended up knowing that I'm getting recruited for a company called absolution.
Day one, I go there and the kingpin, siddhant, who claims that the sub unit of appco group(absolution) is registered in his name takes a formal introduction. Explains what they do and pledges to inform at dusk the results.
Day two, I'm given a sheet of paper with aptitude, verbal, reasoning and management questions as soon as I enter. I sincerely do it and no one bothered to evaluate. Then we go to the kingpin and he assigns us team leads( frauds) to do field work.
The frauds have excellent speaking skills and look dapper.
We go to a random office in ulsoor and try convincing random people to donate money. Syed( team lead aka fraud) is putting his words down their throat. I think " piss off mate, they don't wanna listen to you". Still he extracts around 10k in 3 hours. I felt sorry for the ones who paid cause they were bloody unwilling! What are you mofo? A 420 in zara suit?
We go back to the so called office, have an interview with the CEO aka siddhant and he says he'll tell the result via a phone call.

First- You will get a call from a lady called Kiara saying Hi you have been shortlisted for the interview please visit our office and once when you go there you will be shocked to see the amount of people who have come down for the interview...dont panik because there is more...first thing they will take down your information with a few questions to answer which is not at all evaluated later a lady the so called boss will interview atleast 5 people at a time trust me this lady will speak in a very enthuisatic manner and in a loud pitch speaking to her you will get motivated trust me the lady will tell you that you are on hold later after an hour the same Kiara will call and ask you how was the interview congratulations!! you are selected please come tomorrow for four rounds...you again visit the office next day they will give you a paper like an apti test what I saw they wont even let you finish it and will tell you thats ok you fill it after the practical interview so here the big fooling thing starts you will be assigned to one trainer for the day who will ask you lile a million question but guys the whole best part is they take you to a cafe coffee day where you can eat anything for free anyone wants to go eat free food please feel free atleast to go for the interview process...then this trainer or the interviewer will explain you about the company like the company annual turn over is around 200 million and it works with google they also tell you you will even have to go meet coporates but no you have to go from one home to another asking for donation so people who get fooled😔actually donate money for the sake of charity then while going back to office the trainer will give all the motivation if you want to be an entrepreneur you will have to face all this etc etc...then you are again suppose to fill in a form and then finally I had interview with the ceo I went for the final round there she asked few questions about leadership and skills best part I will tell you after leaving from the office I came down sat in an auto it wasnt even 5 mins Kiara calls me again asking how was the interview I was like good she said congratulations you are selected please come down tomorrow to collect your offer letter.
So here I attended two days of interview with this company.
