Abayakart — Not processing return, ignoring calls and denied to refund amount.

There is a site called Abayakart.com, also known as Thasho LLP, which is based in Thane, Maharashtra, from which I ordered two product, an Abaya and an instant hijab on 18th January. One of there 'executive' approached me on there behalf and gained my trust that it is a trustworthy site and there will be no issue if I find any product not ok, he will help me returning the product. I ordered the product on 18th January, and it arrived on 2nd feb( it was coming from thane, still so long time). When it arrived, one product was ok, but the other product was not according to my expectations, and that was worth Rs. 749. Since 2nd feb, I've been trying to contact them for the return. At the beginning they asked for a video of opening the product package, I showed it to them. Whatever they asked, I gave it but soon after they stopped responding. It has been almost 2 weeks now, but still they are not responding. I really want a strict action against this company, so that they don't scam any other person and fool them like they did to me. They are the worst!
