I Himanshu, R/O 11 Block, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008 would like to inform you about the serious problem of stray dogs in our area. They are increasing in number rapidly over here and makes it difficult for us to sleep by their continuous bark throughout the night.
The dogs here keep on fighting whole day and even run behind the people making citizens panic.
It has really made it difficult for us to step out of our homes freely.
So I humbly request you to send your dog catcher team in my area in order to control the problem.
