ABC — condition of the roads in sgt nagar

I was traveling to one of my friend office in sanjay gandhi transport nagar, samaypur badli. I am sorry to say that things are different on the grounds as well as on the advertisements. The condition of roads there pathetic one cannot drive small car or a two wheeler.
Do we have anyone who can help in getting these issues resolved.
Location is just opposite to bg 108 / bg 109.

I am from padmanabhanagar. We have a stray dog which got some cever diseases and it's coming inside the house. Plz help us from this we have a small kid in the house.
